Here, we learn about your project needs, any special requests, and take the time to understand the who that makes the house a home. From this interview, we start fleshing out your vision on paper, building a foundation that will carry us forward. After you agree to a design, we start framing out the plan: estimates, budgets, contracts, and schedules. From here it’s off to the races to finish your vision – construction. As your partner, we will manage the day to day details from ground breaking to turning over the keys (and yes, beyond as you settle into your new home).
